About Jade Swabey – Muscle Mummy Coach
Growing up I was a ‘bigger’ girl who enjoyed the freedom of food and being a happy young growing girl however transitioning into highschool immediately sent me into a downward spiral of feeling unworthy and not good enough. Peer pressure and society standards became overwhelming and I took action to change, sadly this lead to over 4 years of anorexia , binge eating and orthorexia cycles.
I knew this wasn’t how life was suppose to feel , how I was suppose to look and all that I could achieve.
I dived head first into studying my cert 3 & 4 in fitness and soon became a qualified personal trainer where I began practicing everything I had learn’t and continued evolving my education through more courses & coaches.
Over these years there were a lot of Trials and errors and challenges I faced especially with following countless influencers bro split training programs or circuit workouts that just never worked and left me tired and frustrated.
But all that allowed me to learn and create the Best programs that now over 300 women including myself have used to triple our strength and create our dream physiques and unbreakable confidence.
